WE HAVE A HUGE SALE GOING ON RIGHT NOW!!!!
Have you been dying to see what all the fuss is about? Panama Gesha is typically THE most expensive, most highly rated, most award-winning coffee in the world (some farms can sell their green, unroasted coffee beans for as much as $1,000 per pound at open auction). For the past 6 or 7 years, more and more coffee competitions around the world have been won by competitors using Panama Gesha coffee beans.
This is a high-altitude (1350-1700 masl) coffee bean grown in volcanic soil, which the reviewers say gives it a unique flavor of chocolate and orange blossom (we have not tasted the coffee beans yet, as the wholesalers will not send out samples to roasters for this ultra-premium coffee).
We roast this light, so as to highlight the delicate balance of flavors that Gesha is famous for. It would definitely make an excellent pour-over cup of coffee, or perhaps be well-suited to French press, or even Aeropress for a touch more intensity of flavor. We definitely recommend you do not put any milk or sugar in this coffee, but you can drink it however you like!
