We always use high-altitude, Washed Process coffee beans for our medium roast, so that you get a clean coffee taste in every cup. Some of our favorite origins for the Washed Process include Peru, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panama, Brasil, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
The flavors we aim to bring out in your Medium Roast coffees are:
- Clean coffee flavor with a smooth finish, no bitter after-taste
- Often quite nutty, like almonds or walnuts
- Just a hint of darker stone fruits, like cherries and plums
